The production process at LTSD Invest Group is fully industrialized and automated across all operations. An integrated IT system will provide clear visibility and task identification throughout the production cycle. The mine operates as an open-pit, located close to the MCP and DCP production plants. The extraction process requires multifunctional crushing equipment to handle different material sizes.
For the transformation and production facilities, we’ve selected advanced equipment from global leaders, meeting international standards. These technologies integrate innovation, safety, environmental sustainability, and after-sales support. Artificial intelligence (AI) will also be utilized to optimize production and detect any operational issues.
Our leadership team consists of 20 multidisciplinary experts at launch, expanding to 45 as operations scale. We work closely with local authorities to address talent migration and unemployment, fostering job creation in the region.
